A practice with no provider listed is billed for one. Negotiated rates, where they exist, are stated on the Order Form and override the table above.
What is included at no extra charge
These are the capabilities ChartVoyant is certifying under the ONC Health IT Certification Program, and none of them carries a fee — not to your practice, not to your patients, and not to an application developer your patients choose.

This is a commitment, not a description of today's price list. It is published under 45 CFR § 170.523(k)(1), which requires a certified developer to disclose every type of cost a user may be required to pay — and it constrains what we may charge later.
What you pay someone else
Disclosed because you need to know them, even though we do not receive them:
- Computers, tablets and internet. ChartVoyant runs in a browser; the hardware and connectivity are yours.
- Third-party services you contract for separately, where you choose to use them — some are included in the subscription and some are not. Your Order Form says which.
- Your own staff's time for migration, configuration and training.
Terms that matter more than the number
- Month to month. Thirty days' notice. No minimum term, no early termination charge.
- Your data is free to leave with. Export your electronic health information at any time, at no charge, including after you cancel — thirty days after termination to take it. Export is never conditioned on your account being in good standing.
- We do not delete records for non-payment. Ten days to cure, then suspension. Never deletion.
- Price changes are published here first. This page carries its effective date, and prior versions are retained.
