Public status API
LivePublic, no credential
The same JSON that powers status.chartvoyant.com. Check whether ChartVoyant, the API, MCP, FHIR and SMART are up, or whether one practice's EMR is up, with no credential and no PHI.

| Commitment | Informational. It is not an uptime guarantee or a service-level agreement. |

FHIR R4 and SMART on FHIR rows report availability only. They are not a certification claim.
Practice status
Look up one practice by its Practice ID, the office login slug.

| Status | Meaning |
|---|---|
| operational | The practice is active, sign-in answers and the API can save. |
| degraded | Active, but sign-in or the API is degraded. |
| down | Active, but sign-in or the API did not answer. |
| suspended | The office is suspended. Not a platform outage. |
| unknown | No matching practice (found: false). A typo is not reported as an outage. |
Rate limited per IP address to 5 requests a second and 20 a minute.
Component states

| operational | The check passed. |
| degraded | Partly working. The summary says what. |
| down | The check failed. |
| disabled | Turned off on purpose, for example the public demo. Not an outage. |
| not_available | Not checked by this snapshot. Never shown as operational, and excluded from the overall verdict. |
| partial_outage, major_outage, under_maintenance | Set by hand by ChartVoyant during an incident or maintenance. |
